Steps

  1. First, head to your PaceKB Dashboard: https://www.pacekb.com/app/admin/dashboard

  2. If you don't already, you can create a knowledge base by following this article: How To Create a Knowledge Base

  3. Next, navigate to Settings from the sidebar

  4. Under the "Security" section, locate and enable "Protected Knowledge Base"

  5. Save your settings, and now your knowledge base will be protected!
