  1. First, head to your PaceKB dashboard: https://www.pacekb.com/app/admin/dashboard

From this page, you can see a list of your readers along with their activation status. You can also re-send activation emails if the user has not yet accepted their invite.

Creating a Reader

  1. Click the "+ Add New" button located at the top of the list

  2. Enter the user's email address, followed by an optional first/last name.

Once you click "Create" the user will be sent an activation email to set their password. Once activated, they will now be able to access your knowledge base.

Deleting a Reader

  1. To delete a reader, simply click the trash icon located next to their details.

Once deleted the user will no longer be able to sign into your knowledge base.
